To automate the restore, you could use multiple folder pairs in RTRR but you'd have to initially set that RTRR-job up manually. If it is spread over many shared folders and you want to keep it that way, you will have to restore it to many shared folders. User data will have to be restored to wherever you want them. Since the apps have many origins, their structure differ vastly so the backup procedures are also individual for each app. The configuration and data of any apps will have to be manually backed up. Basic QTS configuration settings can be backed up on the Control Panel, System Settings, Backup/Restore page.
